20.O2 is a UAE-based fragrance brand offering high-concentration Eau de Parfum for everyday wear.
Our products are created for personal fragrance use and are sold through our official online store and approved communication channels.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to present our products, descriptions, prices, images, fragrance notes, sizes, and availability as accurately as possible.
Fragrance is personal, and the way a scent performs may vary depending on individual skin chemistry, climate, application, storage, and usage habits.
Descriptions such as fragrance notes, performance, longevity, projection, and scent direction are provided as guidance and should not be considered a guaranteed result for every customer.
3. External Use Only
All 20.O2 fragrances are intended for external use only.
Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, irritated skin, or sensitive areas. Keep away from children, pets, direct heat, open flame, and excessive sunlight.
If irritation or discomfort occurs, discontinue use immediately. Customers with allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns should review the product details carefully before use.
4. Orders
When you place an order on our website, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your name, contact number, email address, delivery address, and payment details.
20.O2 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect incorrect information, payment issues, stock unavailability, misuse of offers, or any activity that may affect the integrity of our store.
An order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. Orders are subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and successful processing.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.
Prices, offers, promotions, and product availability may change without prior notice. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Cash on Delivery is available for an additional AED 20. You may also pay online at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping & Delivery
20.O2 ships within the United Arab Emirates, with GCC delivery coming soon. Delivery is free on every order within the UAE.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. If delivery fails due to incorrect details, unavailable recipient, or lack of response, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions for hygiene and product integrity reasons. Opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or unsealed fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.
Discovery Sets, Starter Kits, samples, and promotional samples may have separate return restrictions as stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
20.O2 reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, customer information is incomplete, or the order appears suspicious or incorrect.
9. Offers, Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, discount codes, gift offers, and special campaigns may be subject to separate terms.
Offers may be limited by time, availability, customer eligibility, minimum order value, or product selection. 20.O2 reserves the right to modify, pause, or withdraw any offer at any time.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed unless clearly stated otherwise.
10. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
20.O2 is an independent fragrance brand.
Any reference to scent direction, fragrance style, or familiar fragrance profiles is used only to help customers understand the nature of the scent. 20.O2 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any designer, niche, or luxury fragrance brands unless expressly stated.
All third-party brand names, if mentioned, remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the 20.O2 website, including brand name, logo, product names, images, copy, design, graphics, layout, and visual identity, belongs to 20.O2 or is used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reuse, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from 20.O2.
