How To Use Perfume
Velvet Iris is soft power. Quiet, refined, the opposite of loud.
Lavender opens it, clean and aromatic. Iris takes the heart and turns it powdery and elegant, the note that makes it feel expensive. Cedar and vetiver ground the base with a dry, woody calm.
Our Creation of Dior Homme Intense. We made our own version at eau de parfum strength, 25 to 30% oil.
Wear it to work and to dinner. It's the composed one, the scent for the quiet person who leaves the strongest impression.
Made in the UAE with oils from France and Switzerland. 50ml or 100ml spray, or a 10ml roll-on oil if you'd rather skip the alcohol.
Frequently asked
What does Dior Homme Intense smell like?
Powdery iris over lavender, cedar and vetiver. Soft, refined and grown up. Velvet Iris follows that same direction in our own blend.
How long will it last?
It's a full eau de parfum at 25 to 30% concentration, made for strong performance. How long it lasts depends on your skin, the weather and how much you apply, and it holds longer on clothing than on skin.
When should I wear it?
It works from the office to dinner. A polished, understated scent for occasions that call for a little restraint.
How should I apply it?
One spray on each pulse point: neck and chest, inner wrists, shoulders, and behind the ears. Fragrance holds better on moisturised skin, so just after a shower works well.
More on this one: what Dior Homme Intense actually smells like.
Is this perfume suitable for daily wear?
Yes. Most of our fragrances are designed to work across daily routines, work, casual outings and evenings. Check the scent profile to see whether the fragrance leans fresh, woody, sweet, smoky or intense.
Can I wear this perfume in UAE weather?
Yes. Application matters in warmer weather. Use fewer sprays outdoors during the day and apply to clothes or pulse points for better longevity.
Where should I spray perfume for better performance?
Apply to pulse points such as the neck and wrists, and lightly on clothing. Avoid rubbing the fragrance after spraying.
How many sprays should I use?
Usually 3–5 sprays are enough, depending on the fragrance strength, weather and occasion. Stronger oud, tobacco or smoky fragrances may need fewer sprays.
Does perfume last longer on clothes or skin?
Fragrance usually lasts longer on fabric, while skin allows the scent to develop more naturally. For best results, use a combination of both.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Avoid storing it near a window or inside a hot car.
