📦 Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
20.O2 ships within the United Arab Emirates, with GCC delivery coming soon.
The Starter Kit is made up in advance. Everything else, including full bottles and the Discovery Set, is blended to order.
Either way, delivery within the UAE takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free on every order within the UAE, with no minimum spend and no shipping fee.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be sent to you by email.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for an additional AED 20. Prefer to skip the fee? Simply pay online at checkout.
Do you offer same-day or express delivery?
Express or same-day delivery is currently not available.
What happens if delivery is unsuccessful?
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or lack of response, a re-delivery charge of AED 25 may apply.

We accept the following payment options at checkout:

- Debit cards
- Tabby and Tamara, where available
- Cash on Delivery (additional AED 20)
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. You can split your purchase with Tabby or Tamara, subject to their approval and terms.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Except for the Starter Kit, returns are accepted only if the product is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Sealed in its original packaging
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or unsealed fragrances are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I return a perfume if I do not like the scent?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you are unsure which fragrance to choose, we recommend starting with our Starter Kit / Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size bottle.
Are Starter Kits, Discovery Sets, or samples returnable?
The Starter Kit is non-refundable and cannot be returned, even if unopened. The full AED 59 comes back to you as credit toward a full-size bottle.
Discovery Sets, sample products, and promotional samples are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or unsealed.
What if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or suitable resolution depending on the case.
How long does a refund take?
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

20.O2 is a UAE-based fragrance brand creating high-concentration Eau de Parfum designed for everyday wear, strong performance, and refined scent experiences.
Where are 20.O2 fragrances made?
20.O2 fragrances are made in the UAE.
What concentration are your perfumes?
Each 20.O2 fragrance is formulated at a high concentration of 25% to 30%, carefully adjusted based on the nature of the fragrance and the UAE climate.
How long do your fragrances last?
Our fragrances are designed for long-lasting wear, with a focus on projection, longevity, and everyday performance.
However, fragrance performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, application, storage, and personal body chemistry.
How should I apply perfume for better performance?
Apply your fragrance to pulse points such as the neck, wrists, and behind the ears.
For better longevity, apply on clean, moisturised skin and avoid rubbing the fragrance after spraying.
How should I store my perfume?
Store your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity.
Avoid keeping perfume inside cars or near windows, as heat can affect the scent and performance.
Are your fragrances for men or women?
20.O2 is created for modern men and women. Some fragrances lean masculine, some feminine, and some are unisex.
We recommend choosing based on your scent preference rather than gender alone.
Are your fragrances inspired by popular perfumes?
20.O2 fragrances are inspired by familiar scent directions and well-loved fragrance profiles.
Each fragrance is developed with our own focus on performance, balance, and everyday wearability.
20.O2 is an independent fragrance brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer, niche, or luxury fragrance brands.
How do I choose the right scent?
If you are unsure where to start, our Starter Kit / Discovery Set lets you explore multiple fragrances before choosing a full-size bottle.
You can also message us on WhatsApp and share the type of scent you usually like, whether that is fresh, sweet, woody, floral, oud, musky, spicy or bold, and we will help guide you.

Can I redeem the Starter Kit amount?
If a redemption offer is active, the redeemable amount and conditions will be mentioned on the Starter Kit product page or offer details.
