Refund & Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Unopened and unused full-size products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Discovery Sets and sample products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened.

To request a return, please contact us at care@20o2.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved returns must be shipped back.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
