Velvet Oud is oud with the volume turned down. Smooth, warm, expensive without shouting.
Rosewood opens it, soft and a little sweet, easing you in. Oud sits at the heart, but a refined kind, more polished wood than smoke and leather. Amber rounds off the base and gives it that warm glow that stays close to the skin.
Our Creation of Tom Ford Oud Wood, the fragrance that made oud wearable for people who thought oud wasn't for them. We built our own version at eau de parfum strength, 25 to 30% oil, and priced it for daily life.
Wear it in the evening and through the cooler months. It suits good tailoring and quiet confidence.
Made in the UAE with oils from France and Switzerland. 50ml or 100ml spray, or a 10ml roll-on oil if you'd rather skip the alcohol.
What does Tom Ford Oud Wood smell like?
A smooth, refined oud: rosewood and polished oud over warm amber, more elegant than smoky. Velvet Oud follows that same direction in our own blend.
How long will it last?
It's a full eau de parfum at 25 to 30% concentration, made for strong performance. How long it lasts depends on your skin, the weather and how much you apply, and it holds longer on clothing than on skin.
Is Velvet Oud unisex?
It leans masculine, but the smoothness suits anyone. Plenty of women wear it too.
How should I apply it?
One spray on each pulse point: neck and chest, inner wrists, shoulders, and behind the ears. Fragrance holds better on moisturised skin, so just after a shower works well.
