20.O2 currently ships within the United Arab Emirates.

Once your order is confirmed, it is usually processed within 2–3 business days. After dispatch, UAE deliveries typically take 3–4 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee of AED 15 applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.

We offer free shipping on orders above AED 199. Final shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently not available. Orders must be paid online at the time of purchase.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts due to an unavailable recipient, incorrect address, or lack of response, a re-delivery charge of AED 25 may apply.
